Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience with real consequences and mature judgment.
• Approximately 8+ years in a Finance Manager role.
• Proven ability to present to senior management and defend numbers.
• Strong listening and communication skills to ensure stakeholders feel heard.
• Expertise in Financial Modeling and treasury-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile merchant fees against statements that never quite match.
• Develop cash flow models and monitor liquidity for the Boston, MA team.
• Chase down unreconciled items until the subledger ties to the GL.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize treasury operations.
• Reconcile the loan amortization schedule against lender statements.
• Lead audit preparation and serve as primary contact for external auditors.
• Coordinate with the tax team on filings, estimates, and year-end provisions.
