Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a results-driven finance professional to develop forecasts, build strategic financial models, and partner with product and marketing teams to drive growth for Amazon Music.

You will deliver compelling business cases, support launches, and advance reporting and automation across finance functions. Requires 5+ years in finance/tax with a bachelor's in finance or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.

  • 4+ years delivering complex financial models, analysis and recommendations with measurable impact.
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL and data mining/reporting tools; experience with Oracle/SAP/JD Edwards.

A day in the life

Your day will be a blend of strategic analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and customer lifecycle forecast. You'll engage with product and marketing teams, translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations that shape Amazon Music's future. From developing comprehensive business cases to supporting critical product launches, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy.

We work closely across different finance specialties to deliver comprehensive financial strategies.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, or CPA
  • 4+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
