Amazon’s Leo Infrastructure Finance team in Bellevue, WA seeks a Finance Manager to partner with Production Operations in a manufacturing setting, owning end-to-end financial decision support for multi-billion-dollar production operations.

You will lead strategy, governance, and oversight of New Product Introduction decision systems, collaborating with business experts to ensure accurate inputs and drive data-driven optimization across the organization in a fast-paced, global environment.

The Leo Infrastructure Finance team seeks a Finance Manager to partner with the Production Operation team in a manufacturing setting, managing multi-billion dollar production operations.

The Leo Infrastructure Finance team seeks a Finance Manager to partner with the Production Operation team in a manufacturing setting, managing multi-billion dollar production operations. This role will own the strategy, governance and oversight of New Product Introduction end-to-end decision systems that feed our financials, partnering with key business experts to validate system inputs, and propose strategies to improve decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. The team needs a self-starter who can work efficiently and autonomously while managing complex multi-stakeholder coordination across highly ambiguous environments characterized by dynamic production schedules, unpredictable demand forecasts, evolving supply chain constraints, and shifting manufacturing requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
