Job summary

ScriptfulRx, The Wellness Group’s pharmacy services company, seeks a Manager of Finance to own FP&A, forecasting, and reporting for prescription fulfillment and membership programs. You will build models, forecasts, and dashboards guiding decisions on volume, marketing spend, inventory, and margin.

Partner with operations, marketing, and clinical leadership to translate unit economics into a clear financial story for the CEO, CFO, and board.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in FP&A or corporate finance leadership.
• Experience in pharmacy services, healthcare, subscription/membership or direct-to-consumer health preferred.
• Fluency in US GAAP and consolidated financial reporting.
• Strong, hands-on skills using AI tools for forecasting, automated reporting, or NLP in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A with monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Own consolidated reporting delivered to CEO, CFO, board and executive team.
• Model patient acquisition cost, lifetime value, and membership economics with Operations/Marketing.
• Build financial models for new programs, inventory planning, and margin analysis.
• Drive AI-powered FP&A tools to accelerate forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and COGS trends across DTC and pharmacy fulfillment.
• Standardize reporting definitions and KPIs across sales channels.
• Support external audit, banking and lender reporting.
• Identify process improvements to speed up close cycles.
• Manage and develop a small team of financial analysts.
• Partner with CEO and CFO on capital allocation and growth strategy.

ScriptfulRx manages prescription fulfillment and membership pharmacy programs that support TWG’s clinical and consumer brands, combining pharmacy rigor with the speed and efficiency of a modern, digitally native operation.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager of Finance to own financial planning, analysis, and reporting for ScriptfulRx. You will build the models, forecasts, and dashboards that guide decisions on prescription volume, marketing spend, inventory, and margin across a fast-growing pharmacy services business built around prescription fulfillment and membership programs. You will partner closely with pharmacy operations, marketing, and clinical leadership to translate unit economics, patient acquisition cost, and membership retention into a clear financial story for the CEO, CFO, and board. This role also carries a mandate to modernize how the finance function works, putting AI directly into the everyday tools of forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

This is a role for someone who wants to help run the financial engine behind a fast-growing pharmacy services company, not just report on it.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis for ScriptfulRx, including monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Own the consolidated financial reporting package delivered to the CEO, CFO, executive team, and board.
• Partner with pharmacy operations, marketing, and clinical leadership to model patient acquisition cost, lifetime value, and membership and subscription economics.
• Build and maintain financial models supporting new program launches, inventory planning, and margin analysis across prescription products and pharmacy fulfillment operations.
• Drive adoption of AI powered tools and workflows across FP&A, using them to accelerate forecasting cycles, automate variance analysis, and surface insights faster than traditional methods allow.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and vendor and cost of goods sold trends across a direct to consumer, membership, and pharmacy fulfillment model.
• Standardize financial reporting definitions and KPIs across sales channels, including the direct to consumer website, memberships, wholesale, and affiliate partnerships.
• Support external audit, banking, and lender reporting relationships.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase the speed and accuracy of close and reporting cycles.
• Manage and develop a small team of financial analysts, setting a high bar for rigor and initiative.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and CFO on capital allocation and growth strategy.

What You Bring

• CPA Preferred
• 7 or more years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role with FP&A or corporate finance scope.
• Experience in pharmacy services, healthcare, subscription or membership businesses, or direct to consumer health is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated fluency in US GAAP and consolidated financial reporting.
• Strong, hands on skills using AI tools for finance applications, such as AI assisted forecasting, automated reporting, or natural language query of financial data, required.
• Advanced financial modeling ability and command of Excel; experience with pharmacy, ERP, or consolidation platforms such as NetSuite or similar.
• A track record of translating complex financial data into clear recommendations for non finance executives and board members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work directly with the CEO, CFO, and cross functional leaders.
• A builder's mindset, comfortable creating structure and process where none exists yet.
