Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 2+ years in a law firm.
• Prior experience supervising billing or finance teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Aderant Expert Sierra (billing, GL, AP).
• Solid understanding of GAAP, cash/accrual accounting, and IOLTA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, monthly close, and variance analysis.
• Manage AP/AR, billing operations, payroll review, and cash flow.
• Lead budgeting process and support financial planning initiatives.
• Maintain accounting systems, controls, and reconciliations.
• Partner with leadership on financial insights and analysis.
• Ensure accuracy of client payments and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:
