Job summary

Aramark Corporation's LifeWorks Restaurant Group is seeking a Finance Specialist to join the Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams in New York. You will provide financial analysis, forecasting, monthly income statements and ad hoc reports to support business decisions.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in business/finance, and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with a focus on accuracy and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or accounting (or equivalent).
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the strategic planning process and the development of the annual business plan, budget and forecast for the business on an annual, monthly and weekly basis
• Supports the quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reports
• Recognizes opportunity and drives improvements with Aramark supplied software tools
• Analyzes and compares monthly and quarterly results, metrics and key performance indicators against plan and other benchmarks
• Analyzes productivity (food and labor), marketing and other business initiatives impact on financial results
• Responsible for dashboard accuracy / reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.)
• Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as the need arises

The Finance Specialist works with the Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams. This position will provide a wide range of financial analysis regarding forecast, trends, monthly income statement, and ad hoc reports.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $85,000.00 to $90,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
