Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Finance Manager who blends financial expertise with strategic leadership. You will drive month-end closes, annual planning, and forecasting, partnering with senior leaders across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Revenue Management to deliver insights and cost-saving initiatives.

You’ll coach and develop the team, shape performance metrics, and ensure compliance with policies. This hybrid role offers growth in a family-owned company with a 90+ year legacy and premium wine brands.

Qualifications

• MBA degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, military, operations, supply chain, sales, consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
• Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Gallo experience to include 2 years of finance, audit, accounting, economics, statistic or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility

What You'll Need

• Leadership experience to include coaching and developing others or managing complex or cross-functional projects.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. • We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
