Job summary

WorkGenius Group in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A, budgeting, and reporting for our beauty division over a 24-month term. You will partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Supply Chain to drive data-driven decisions and ensure strong financial controls.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a quantitative field and 5–8 years in FP&A or related finance roles, with advanced Excel and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 5–8 years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to use AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with clear recommendations.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, or fast-paced commercial environments is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a related function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency and enhance financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations.
• Proactive, accountable, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex unstructured problems, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, beauty, or another fast-paced commercial environment is preferred; experience in a complex matrixed organization, an MBA, and/or a CPA is a plus.
