Apex Service Partners – Atlantic North Region seeks an analytical FP&A Manager to join the Cheektowaga, NY office with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business units.

This role partners with regional leaders to drive performance and strategic initiatives, including due diligence support for potential M&A and rigorous monthly/quarterly reporting to senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to partner with regional leadership to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple units.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with regional leadership to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Support M&A activities including due diligence and integration planning.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership and PE stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to join our Atlantic North Region team. This role will be based out of our Cheektowaga, NY office and will play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and partnering with operational leaders to deliver insights that guide decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple business units
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
