The Ohio State University at Newark is seeking a part-time semester lecturer to teach Business Administration Finance 3500: Legal Environment of Business, in Spring 2027. The class is held in person in the second 7-week session, beginning March 7, 2027 on Thursdays from 11:10-12:30 pm.

The instructor will facilitate in-class activities, administer assessments, offer weekly office hours, and submit grades. Requirements include a Master’s degree or equivalent; JD is preferred.

• Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Desired: Experience teaching this course at the university level or working in a field that has ensured a deep understanding of law and business, creating transferrable skills.
• J.D. degree.
