Qualifications

• Minimum Education and Experience: Lecturer – master’s in finance (or related discipline) with one year of work experience.
• Assistant Professor of Practice – Ph.D., DBA in Finance, Real Estate, or equivalent terminal degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Teach eight courses annually for Lecturer (4:4 load).
• Teach seven courses annually for Assistant Professor of Practice (3:4 or 4:3 load).
• Contribute to scholarly activity and service to department, college, and university.
• Teach undergraduate finance courses and graduate courses in MBA, IMBA, and MSF programs.
• Advise and participate in department initiatives and student organizations.
