Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. invites high-potential MBA graduates to its CEO Global Presidential Program – Rotational LDP, Finance.

This 24-month PMA program comprises four six-month rotations across Global Brands, Regional Finance, and Corporate Finance, designed for individuals with 5+ years of work experience. Participants gain hands-on experience in FP&A, Controllership, and New Business Development, with mentoring, coaching, and opportunities for director-level placement upon completion.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate with graduation date between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027 and over five years of full-time non-internship work experience
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Global exposure is a plus and relocation to NYC is required

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six-month rotations across Finance functions
• Engage in onboarding, coaching, mentoring and development activities
• Pursue Director-level placement upon successful program completion and business need
