Job summary

IDEX seeks an experienced finance leader to build and manage a domestic and international finance team for Viking, including career development and performance management. You will guide managers to improve team performance and development of individuals, ensuring the team supports the strategic and financial vision of senior leadership.

You will oversee AR, AP, general accounting and cost functions across Viking Cedar Falls and Canada, ensuring US GAAP compliance and driving process

Qualifications

B.S./B.A. in Accounting or Finance or related field.
CPA/CMA/MBA a plus.
7–10 years in a multi-site operation, including manufacturing.
Consolidation of international operations preferred.
Leadership of a finance and manufacturing accounting team.

Responsibilities

Lead domestic and international finance teams with career development and performance management.
Guide managers to improve team performance and profitability.
Own the Viking Cedar Falls and Viking Canada financial statements (income statement and balance sheet).
Oversee AR, AP, general accounting and cost functions across units.
Develop a three-year capital plan and annual budget; support new product analysis.
