Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a senior Finance leader to partner with Jewelry Services and the executive team. You will own financial strategy, planning, and profitability transformation across the repair, warranty, custom, and refurbishment network, spanning Design and Service Centers and central facilities.

You will shape decisions, drive growth, and lead a high-performing FP&A team, partnering with cross-functional leaders to deliver sustainable value for Signet’s brands and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required; CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in Finance with P&L ownership.
• Experience partnering with Presidents/GMs/C-suite leaders and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance for Jewelry Services, including network costing and reporting of results.
• Lead annual operating plan, forecasts, long-range planning and executive reporting.
• Drive margin growth, ROI rigor, and cost management across pricing, usage, inventory, facilities.
• Build and lead a high-performance finance and analytics team, mentoring future leaders.
