This role oversees the accounting function, partners with executive leadership, and supports financial operations. Candidates should have 8-15 years of experience in FP&A/accounting, particularly in the retail industry, and be proficient in MS Excel. Salary ranges from $140k to $165k, plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of FP&A / accounting experience within the CPG or retail industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail operations.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

Responsibilities

• Run the whole accounting operation: GL, AP/AR, inventory, and financial controls.
• Drive accurate, timely GAAP reporting and oversee the monthly close.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with senior leadership.
