Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking and reconciliation of accounts where applicable.

• Support in monitoring income, accruals, and projections for suppliers.
• Provide administrative support to gather data and maintain financial records.
• Assist in ensuring accuracy of invoiced amounts and received payments.

The Finance Lead Coordinator reports to Finance Director. This analyst will interact with outside suppliers as well as with internal management and staff to gather data and provide information. This individual must be able to handle multiple tasks while adhering to schedules and deadlines. The work atmosphere is independent, with general supervision and mentorship. Responsible for providing administrative support in the collection of data related to ARAMARK's rebate-able and specified products. Also, provide assistance in tracking income, accruals, supervising accounts receivable and projection statistics for the same suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of Marketing dollars
• Monthly processing of Marketing invoices
• Monthly updates sent to the Lines of Businesses
• Monthly Reconciliation to the Deferred Account
• Maintain receipt of checks and electronic payments
• Analyze receipts for consistency and accuracy
• Build monthly Special Payments schedule
• Income Tracking & Analysis
• Advise Business Analyst of any discrepancies between amounts received and amount invoiced
• Supervise receivable balance
• Supervise ER reports for proper posting and accuracy
• Supervise receipt of checks and electronic payments

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency using a PC, including a working knowledge of spreadsheet software is essential.
• Good analytical, communication (oral and written), and organization skills are vital.
• A strong detail orientation is a must.
