• Support payroll, inventory control, and cost accounting activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Assist with weekly payroll processing, payroll reconciliations, and timekeeping accuracy improvements.
• Analyze labor, material, and inventory data by reconciling hours, reviewing variances, and identifying root causes.
• Support inventory management initiatives, cycle count compliance, and receiving process improvements.
• Contribute to month‑end close activities, including journal entry preparation, cost reporting, and presentation development.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives across manufacturing and finance operations.
