Responsibilities

Position Overview

Join our 10-week Finance Department program, where you’ll gain hands‑on experience across multiple finance and accounting areas such as financial reporting and budgeting & forecasting. You’ll work with finance team members and business partners to support reporting used in decision‑making and assist with the annual business plan process. This internship will allow you to make a positive impact by completing meaningful projects within Finance and participating in a broader intern project. Accountabilities

• Assist with financial data entry, transaction support, and financial record updates.
• Support variance and trend analysis to help the team understand business performance.
• Gain exposure to reconciliation activities and supporting accuracy checks.
• Conduct research on business trends and market conditions for assigned finance projects.
• Support ad‑hoc projects, special assignments, and process improvement learning opportunities.

Qualifications

Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must have completed at least sophomore year coursework
• Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0 or above preferred)

Experience

• Prior internship, part‑time, or project experience in finance/accounting preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial or ERP systems preferred
• Developing analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills
• Ability to work collaboratively, take ownership of assigned tasks, and partner effectively with peers and cross‑functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professionalism
• Self‑motivated, able to follow through on assigned work, ask thoughtful questions, and seek guidance when needed
