Job summary

AMD is seeking a motivated Finance Intern for a Summer Internship in Austin, TX. You will join a fast-growing finance team and support a process improvement project while learning about AMD Finance, working with regional sales finance, business unit finance, and other stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a US-based Master’s program in finance, accounting, business, or data science, with strong MS Office skills and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a US-based university in a Master’s program majoring in finance, accounting, business, or data science; preferably graduating within the next year.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results oriented
• We encourage onsite work at the Austin Office for project exposure

Responsibilities

• Identify potential issues, summarize facts, explore alternatives or resolutions, and suggest a course of action.
• Gather financial data, perform analyses, and build meaningful reports.
• Analyze trends within the business and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Interact with a wide range of business professionals across AMD
