Job summary

Molson Coors is offering a Finance Intern position in Milwaukee as part of the Early Talent Program. The internship runs May 3–Aug 6 (US interns) and provides exposure to the finance function with real-world problem‑solving, housing assistance, and potential full-time placement after graduation.

You will contribute to monthly close, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting, using SAP, Margin Minder, and Nielsen, while building leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate to achieve goals.
• Accountability, integrity and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close processes and budget analysis.
• Prepare and present weekly management reports and data comparisons.
• Work with SAP, Margin Minder, Nielsen for reporting and forecasting needs.
• Tackle ad hoc finance projects and partner with colleagues across the organization.
