Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Undergrad Intern – Finance (Summer 2027) to partner with finance leaders and learn Amgen’s mission-driven culture firsthand. You will work on a meaningful finance project, gain foundational corporate finance experience, and receive mentorship from your manager and peers.

Interns are placed on a team in FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Corporate Audit, or Corporate Services and may be evaluated for a full-time position after graduation.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Currently enrolled in a full‑time Bachelor’s Degree program with a 3.0 GPA or equivalent.
• US residency at internship location.
• Available to work full‑time and commit to future full‑time employment by July 2028.

Responsibilities

• Develop a highly differentiated set of technical and financial skills on a meaningful project tied to Amgen’s goals.
• Understand your functional team and its contribution to Amgen’s success (FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Corporate Audit, Corporate Services).
• Collaborate with interns on a multidisciplinary case study spanning operations, sales/marketing, and forecasting.
• Explore data, automation, AI, and emerging tech to improve financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
