Qualifications

• Understanding of financial markets and ability to perform financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with some financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong research skills and familiarity with Bloomberg, EDGAR, and rating agencies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support in preparation of credit analysis and industry reports by reviewing filings and financial statements.
• Participate in underwriting by analyzing deal risks and reviewing financial models.
• Assist in credit applications, risk ratings, and related reports.
• Contribute to portfolio management tasks such as amendments, waivers, and annual reviews.
• Support data maintenance and other duties as assigned.
