Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Finance Intern for its consumer goods business unit (HCB) in Stamford, CT. You will gain practical insight into the finance function, participate in onboarding and trainings, and contribute to meaningful finance projects alongside leadership mentors.

You will support business controlling and reporting, expanding your skills across financial management and the P&L, and complete a capstone project aligned with short-, mid-, and long-term financial planning.

Qualifications

• Finance internship with exposure to business controlling and reporting.
• Onboarding, trainings, and mentorship within Henkel's finance function.
• Experience and perspective through projects contributing to business success.
• Develop skills in financial management and P&L reporting.
• Work on an independent and group project supporting long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of a consumer-packaged goods business from the HCB Finance perspective.
• Get experience and perspective via onboarding & trainings, projects that contribute to the business, networking with finance leadership, and mentorship program.
• Provide business controlling and finance support to the business.
• Expand your skills in overall financial management and reporting with full exposure to the P&L.
• Complete an independent and group project supporting short-, mid-, and long-term financial and strategic planning.
