The State Group offers a Finance internship based on-site in Franklin, Tennessee. This program emphasizes structured, meaningful work with opportunities for professional growth and a Capstone Project to present to company leaders.

Interns will gain cross‑functional exposure, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and a pathway to full‑time opportunities after graduation. Housing is not provided, and the program emphasizes safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college diploma or university degree in Finance.
• Completion of at least one year of post-secondary education.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• The ability to follow directions, manage priorities, and take initiative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization while gaining insight into how our business operates.
• Assist with research, analysis, planning, documentation, reporting, and other responsibilities related to your area of study.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas, updates, and solutions.
• Build practical skills through hands‑on experience, mentorship, and professional development.
• Network with other interns and participate in a collaborative Capstone Project.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
