• Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with an anticipated graduation date December 2027 or May/June 2028.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Self-starter and highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Own a finance project from development to presentation to leadership.
• Support weekly and month-end financial reports preparation, analysis, and presentation.
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to support decisions.
• Participate in Pure Ambition program activities and intern events.

Glanbia is seeking Finance Interns to join our 12-week summer internship program. As a key contributor to the Finance team, you will support the commercial organization, strengthen your analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering skills, and gain valuable experience working across the business. You will own a meaningful summer project-from development through presentation to the broader organization-while contributing to day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.

What You Will Do

• Own a finance project that addresses a relevant business challenge, shaping and developing the work before presenting your findings and recommendations to the broader organization
• Support a variety of priorities within your function and contribute to the preparation, analysis, and presentation of weekly and month end financial reports
• Analyze data and translate findings into clear insights, actions, and recommendations
• Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support reporting requests as needed
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and initiatives
• Participate fully in Pure Ambition program activities, development workshops, networking opportunities, social events, and intern presentations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Self-starter and highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
