Job summary

EQT Corporation invites a motivated undergraduate or MBA student to join our Finance team as a 12-week paid intern in Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX. You will gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting while learning from senior analysts.

You will contribute to dashboards and special projects, supporting forecasting, capital planning, and strategic analysis with guidance from Finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergrad or MBA program focused on finance/accounting.
• Undergrad students must be in their junior or senior year.
• Experience with Excel-based financial models required; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support modeling, analytics, and reporting requirements with Finance team.
• Progress on special projects such as dashboards and corporate model enhancements.
• Present work products to Finance and EQT senior management.

Here is how the Finance Intern role will impact our business:

As Finance Intern, you will be exposed to all aspects of finance within EQT such as financial modeling and reporting, analytics, budgeting and forecasting, capital markets, and strategy.

The Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working directly with financial analysts to support modeling, analytical, and reporting requirements
• Progressing one or several special projects such as financial reporting dashboards, corporate model enhancements, and digital work processes
• Presenting work products to Finance and EQT senior management

Required Experience and Skills:

• Applicant must be enrolled in an undergrad or MBA program focused on finance and/or accounting
• Undergrad students must be in their junior or senior year
• Experience working with Excel-based financial models is required, experience with PowerBI is preferred

Work Location : Hybrid in Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX
