Job summary
Jackson Health System is seeking a Senior Finance Intelligence Analyst, Clinical Service Line, to serve as the primary financial and analytical partner for designated clinical service lines. You will develop reporting, profitability analyses, and benchmarking, while advising operational leadership to improve financial sustainability and patient access.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- CPA, CMA, HFMA certification or similar preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance business partner for assigned clinical service lines.
- Provide financial guidance, analytics, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Develop monthly/quarterly/adhoc financial and operational reports.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards with key metrics.
- Monitor performance against budget and forecasts; analyze variances.
- Support planning with financial modeling, scenario analyses, and business cases.
