Job summary

Cleveland Diagnostics, Inc. in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead accounting, controllership, treasury, and tax.

You will build financial infrastructure and controls, drive timely reporting, and prepare the organization for potential IPO or strategic exit. This senior leader partners with the CFO and other executives, develops teams, and enforces high standards for accuracy, governance, and scalability across a growing diagnostics business.

Qualifications

• Significant accounting and controllership leadership in a growing organization.
• Direct treasury responsibility including cash management and forecasting.
• Ownership of the corporate tax function and tax provisions.
• Track record of improving financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
• Ability to lead and develop finance professionals and work with external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and controllership for accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Own and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual close; strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee external audit and treasury operations; cash management and liquidity forecasting.
• Manage banking relationships and cash investment policy.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate financial information into actionable insights.
