Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A, finance analytics, or related experience.
- Experience leading reporting automation and BI initiatives.
- Experience delivering process improvements and systems enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning improvements.
- Redesign management reporting packages and develop dashboards.
- Establish scalable KPIs and data governance practices.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting.
- Maintain finance databases and analytics platforms.
- Lead cross-functional projects across Finance, Commercial, IT, and Shared Services.
- Partner with leaders to provide data-driven insights for decision making.
