Job summary

Norton Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a finance leader to oversee the integrity of the parent company's financial statements and Form 990, working with operating personnel to complete monthly close, annual budget, and routine forecasts for parent company operations.

This role directs and mentors accountants, contributes to policy development, and represents the finance area in teamwork and cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, audit readiness, and strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Five years in accounting or finance experience with GAAP knowledge.
• Bachelor Degree required; advanced degree and CPA preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of parent financial statements and Form 990.
• Oversee monthly close, annual budget, and forecasts with operations.
• Direct and mentor staff; develop professional growth plans.
• Lead annual budget process; monitor forecasts and variances.
• Promote strong financial controls and policy adherence.
