• Supervisory experience and ability to lead a finance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax and audit compliance.
• Provides monthly financial statements and reports to the CEO and Board.
• Develops agency budgets and monitors financial position and liquidity.
• Maintains banking relationships and cash management.
• Ensures compliance with grant and contract requirements.
