Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate all fiscal year‑end activities.
• Develop and maintain fiscal policies and SOPs for the department and Center; review and approve financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable governmental accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate financial and compliance audits and liaise for audit activities.
• Develop accounting procedures for new ventures and public‑private partnerships.
• Oversee procurement, internal financial reporting, travel, wage and time submission processes, and post‑award administration for sponsored agreements.
• Manage ERP system security access for Center staff.
• Provide leadership and supervision for a team of nine employees.
