The role emphasizes integrity of financial data, timely reporting, and strategic planning to drive performance across healthcare-focused programs.

The candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses, interact with state and corporate finance functions, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of accounting, financial analysis or finance related experience.
• Previous management experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
• Experience in public accounting, operations, financial analysis, information systems and health care or insurance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor business processes and systems to ensure data integrity.
• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
• Review and present strategic plans, operating budgets and forecasts.
• Set targets linked to objectives; evaluate program effectiveness.
• Provide financial plans for variances, operating alternatives, and investments.
• Interpret financial reports for management.
• Coordinate financial matters with State, corporate and BU functions.
• Monitor legislative and political developments affecting finances.
• Coordinate political contributions and ensure compliance.
