Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in a senior financial managerial role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, monthly reporting, annual budget prep, income statements, and fixed assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance department while enforcing financial policies.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure available funds when needed.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management and board.
• Lead annual budget process and prepare income statements and forecasts.
• Manage systems for tracking fixed assets and depreciation.
• Analyze profitability, liquidity, solvency, and efficiency metrics for improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and standards.
