• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or engineering related field.
• Expert knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes for making sound decisions.
• Expert knowledge of finance and accounting practices and reporting.
• Advanced financial analysis skills and ability to interpret numerical material.
• Experience with governance processes and policy adherence.
• Strong strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel and support for development and execution of services and aftermarket growth strategy for the division.
• Present research, data, forecasts and insights to senior management to aid strategic decisions.
• Develop rigorous quantitative analyses to support recommendations and drive enterprise value.
• Support development of integrated aftermarket value propositions including market economics and competitive positioning.
• Structure and solve business problems with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Develop business cases for M&A and asset acquisition targets as needed.
• Collaborate on strategic projects, providing timely analytical support and insights.
• Understand customer business models and communicate recommendations clearly to leadership.
