Job summary

CFS seeks a Finance Director to shape the city's financial future in a growing Wisconsin community. You'll work closely with elected officials, department leaders, and community stakeholders on key development initiatives.

You will oversee budgeting and long-range financial planning, manage TIF financing and interfund financing, and serve as a strategic advisor on fiscal policy, partnering with leaders to support growth and infrastructure investments while guiding daily finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of government finance experience at municipal, county, or state level.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• CPA and/or Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) credentials preferred.

• Oversee the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning.
