Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since.

Financial Development Program

Ocean Spray’s Financial Development Program offers recent college graduates a unique opportunity to experience rotations with a strong focus on personal development, technical skill building, mentorship, and networking. The Financial Development Program (FDP) is a three‑year initiative that provides aspiring finance and accounting professionals with a range of unique rotation experiences in corporate finance and accounting to help shape them into future finance business leaders. Program members begin their Ocean Spray careers in a supportive, structured environment that encourages self‑directed learning and promotes accelerated growth. Upon successful completion of all rotations, the program guides graduates to the next step in their Ocean Spray careers.

Each FDP Analyst is assigned a peer and professional mentor to help introduce them to Ocean Spray’s corporate culture, values, and FDP goals. Through formal training and on‑the‑job experiences, the FDP is committed to developing analysts' financial, leadership, and teamwork skills while exposing them to Ocean Spray’s products, technologies, and global markets. Rotations are assigned based on business needs, matched with employee skills and development goals. Assignments are designed to challenge FDPs to quickly adapt and add value to each position. FDP Analysts will be responsible for learning and understanding key elements of their rotational assignments during three 12‑month rotations with each of Ocean Spray's Finance functions: Commercial, Operations, Corporate. At the end of each rotation, FDP analysts will have the opportunity to present their contributions to executive leadership and showcase their professional development and contributions to the organization.
