OVERVIEW

This program, based out of Pittsburgh, PA, will expose you to a broad range of business activities while working through Finance. The FDP is a 2-year rotational program in which participants, Retail Finance Associates (RFAs), complete 6-month rotations on four different teams across crucial areas of the business. Upon completing this structured program, you will be placed into a full-time role based on business need, as well as your overall performance throughout the rotations and specific areas of interest. Relocation assistance will be provided for non-local candidates who accept full-time jobs requiring them to be located at DICK’S Sporting Goods Corporate Office.

Your rotations may include: Finance Non-Merchandise Procurement Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) FP&A Business Support Store Operations FP&A Supply Chain.

Skills we are looking for
