Job Responsibilities

• Consolidate and translate business requirements and artifacts for development readiness and track and report on work progress using JIRA.
• Collect and organize materials for monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables and build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and finance teams.
• Collaborate with technology teams and internal partners to align on development plans and leverage next‑generation AI tools to translate business requirements into actionable code.
• Identify and implement process improvements and model enhancements, monitor and evaluate automated solution performance, and make necessary adjustments.
• Document development progress in JIRA and participate in regular reporting scrums.
• Escalate progress blockers appropriately.
• Execute on the product vision and roadmap.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related field.
• Eight years of relevant finance experience in the financial services industry.
• One year of SQL or Python coding experience in a cloud‑based environment.
• Strong quantitative, logical, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines in a globally distributed environment using tools such as Git, Bitbucket, or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with implementing agentic workflows using Visual Studio Code.
