Job summary

Executive Staff Recruiters / ESR Healthcare seeks a senior Finance Data Modeler to design Snowflake-based data models for finance, including silver and gold layers. The role requires deep expertise in General Ledger and Trial Balance data from SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards, and the ability to lead productive workshops with stakeholders to shape future-state best practices.

The ideal candidate will challenge the current-state model, collaborate across ERP teams, and deliver robust data architecture

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance data modeling experience.
• Experience building Snowflake-based silver and gold data models.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger and Trial Balance data from SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
• Ability to lead workshops, challenge the current-state model, and define future-state best practices.
• Senior data modeling or data architecture background in finance domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with stakeholders to map requirements and define future-state models.
• Architect and validate Snowflake-based silver and gold data models.
• Critically evaluate current data models and propose best-practice improvements.
• Collaborate with ERP system teams (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards) to ensure data alignment.
