Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of Hyperion monthly processes.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including macros and complex formulas.
• Hyperion expertise (HFM/Essbase, SmartView, FR Studio).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• US GAAP knowledge and application.
• Systems integration understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and finance activities, including job costing and month-end reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial comparisons.
• Manage statutory and internal audits.
• Review shipments, receipts, and direct labor hours.
• Collaborate with operations on cost-cutting initiatives.
• Set monthly targets for shipments, labor, and inventory.
• Monitor and control operational costs (supplies, repairs, overtime).
• Plan equipment acquisition based on cost and projections.
• Develop performance reports on jobs, utilization, and financial metrics.
• Direct staff to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Manage production budget and ensure quality standards.
