Job summary

Curology is seeking a Director of Finance (Controller) to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations. This role involves management of the full accounting function across a multi-entity organization and direct oversight of the accounting team. Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of GAAP, a minimum of 10 years in accounting, and experience with financial reporting and team management.

The role is on-site in Imperial, PA, with a competitive base salary of $180,000 to $200,000 plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting-related experience, including 3+ years at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounting structures and leading audits.
• Current CPA license and demonstrated command of GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close for multi-entity structure and deliver reports on schedule.
• Oversee banking and treasury functions; manage relationships with auditors.
• Implement and improve accounting software and processes.
