Job summary

Holman is seeking an Automotive Finance Consultant for BMW of Raleigh to support a high-volume F&I operation. You will present financing options, protect products, and ensure accurate paperwork while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in automotive finance, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational and communications skills. Luxury-brand experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a path for professional growth with Holman.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive finance consultant required.
• Luxury brand experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain successful F&I operation.
• Assure buyers have opportunity to purchase financing, payment protection, and other products.
• Maintain follow-up system for collecting contracts and titles.
• Obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Process, review and analyze customer credit reports.
• Run credit reports and analyze credit history to determine bank acceptance.
• Maintain knowledge of finance and insurance products and manufacturers policies.
• Train and manage sales consultants in F&I paperwork.
• Maintain relationships with industry contacts.
• Assist desk managers as necessary.

What will you do?

• Maintain successful F&I Operation
• Assure that all buyers are afforded the opportunity topurchasefinancing, payment protection and other products and services carried which areappropriate forthe vehicle purchased
• Maintain a follow-up system for collecting one paycontractsand outstanding titles
• Obtain andmaintainhigh customer satisfaction scores
• Process,reviewand analyze the credit report of customers
• Run customer credit reports, which include detailed credit history and confidential consumer data
• Analyze the credit history of the customer todeterminethe probability of the bank accepting the credit application
• Maintain knowledge of finance and insurance products and manufacturers policies
• Train and manage sales consultants in product and paperwork related to F&I Products
• Maintain knowledge of industry; create andmaintainrelationships with industry contacts
• Assistthe desk managers as necessary
