Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking an Associate Director of Consolidation Systems & Data Integration to lead the consolidation technology roadmap, HFM Cloud migration, and future S/4 deployment efforts for the post‑acquisition (Kenvue and K-C) environment.

You will drive data architecture, governance, and reporting readiness while managing cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure timely close and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise performance management, consolidation systems, finance technology, or post-acquisition systems integration.
• Demonstrated leadership of HFM Cloud or comparable consolidation platforms.
• Strong understanding of consolidation processes, close operations, metadata, data flows and reporting.
• Experience supporting ERP transformation or S/4 deployments and consolidation impacts.
• Ability to bridge Finance and Technology, manage implementation partners and balance scope, risk and timing.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and influence senior stakeholders independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidation technology and data integration roadmap for the post‑acquisition environment.
• Lead senior finance systems and cross‑functional delivery with internal teams and partners.
• Provide leadership for HFM Cloud migration, consolidation architecture, and S/4 rollout impacts.
• Direct design, testing, conversion, cutover readiness and stabilization activities.
• Define target-state consolidation platform requirements for combined organization.
• Coordinate with S/4, DTS, FP&A and business teams on design decisions.
• Establish governance for metadata, data quality and change control.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and prepare executive roadmaps and risk assessments.
• Document knowledge transfer to internal Finance and DTS ownership.
