Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, co-manufacturing, supply chain, or complex operational environments.
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and partners with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills; translate financial concepts for non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and performance reviews.
• Analytics, dashboards, and storytelling linking metrics to financial outcomes.
