Clear Point Group is seeking a seasoned C#/.NET Developer to join our technology team in New York. You will own development across front- and back-office workflows, from order management to reporting, and help modernize a mature, production-critical environment toward cloud-based infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is self-directed, comfortable with greenfield work and legacy maintenance, and able to navigate a lean team while delivering robust, tested features in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of software development experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills; able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues under time pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working within small, cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain applications supporting fund operations including portfolio management, order management, risk, and back-office workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-tested, production-ready features.
• Lead and contribute to system modernization initiatives, migrating on-premises workloads toward Azure PaaS and improving performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application errors and job execution failures, minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Integrate with third-party data providers, APIs, and financial platforms through REST, FIX, and file-based interfaces.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and cloud deployment practices.
