Job summary

The role coordinates financial analysis across entities and service lines, serving as the primary liaison to the centralized Strategic Finance & Analytics function and reporting to the AVP of Finance at NLH Home Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years healthcare finance experience.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data to executives.
• Experience with forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner to NLH Medical Group leadership and executives.
• Proactively advise and educate management on financial impacts of operations.
• Present financial reports to Medical Group leaders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business counterparts for financial data needs.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives with analytical support.
• Support organization-wide strategic planning and resource allocation with respect to finances.
