Job summary

GW&K Investment Management, LLC is looking for a Finance & Accounting Analyst to support core accounting processes and client billing activities in our Boston office. This role involves assisting with the monthly accounting close, managing accounts receivable and payable, and developing management reporting to guide senior management.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary between $80,000 and $95,000 USD, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Experience in investment management, asset management, financial services, banking, or public accounting is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of monthly accounting close activities.
• Calculate and process management fees in accordance with client agreements.
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements.
• Help create recurring financial reporting for senior management.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency.
