Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Akron seeks an Assistant Finance BI Leader to assist in the delivery and support of finance dashboards and automated reporting. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day leadership, removing blockers and ensuring high-quality delivery. Requirements include 5+ years in corporate finance, technical skills in Power BI and SQL, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 – $140,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or finance operations.
• 3+ years of Power BI experience building and supporting dashboards.
• 2+ years of SQL experience writing queries and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance BI Leader with team leadership and management.
• Drive initiatives and keep the Leader informed.
• Manage Power BI report requests from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with business partners to improve analytics efficiency.
• Define metrics and reporting requirements with FP&A teams.
• Establish BI development standards and training.
