Overview

Finance & Banking Attorney – Multiple Locations Nationwide. Our client, an internationally recognized AmLaw firm with a robust finance practice, seeks an experienced Finance Attorney to join its team. Openings are available in New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Washington DC, West Palm Beach, Houston, Miami, Atlanta, and other major markets.

Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $305,000.00/yr

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience, with preference for those with a background in structured finance, particularly in representing trustees and/or collateral agents.

Responsibilities

• Structuring transactions, counseling trustees and agents, and negotiating new transactions and offerings
• Negotiating workouts, overseeing public and private asset sales, and conducting foreclosures
• Partnering with bankruptcy colleagues on matters involving bankruptcy, regulatory, and corporate advice
• Guiding clients on corporate, municipal, and taxable bond offerings, including Trust Indenture Act qualified and Regulation S and Rule 144A private placements
• Handling securitizations and structured finance transactions, including mortgage-backed, asset-backed, and other complex deals
• Managing loan administration, project finance, distressed CDO and CLO transactions, and depository, custody, and escrow services
